All Neon Maw LLC commissions and consulting engagements are priced and invoiced in United States Dollars (USD) via official electronic invoice (ACH Direct Debit, Wire, or Card). All deliverables are digital goods delivered electronically; no physical shipment is required unless separately contracted in writing.
Project deposits reserve dedicated studio capacity. A full 100% deposit refund is available if a client cancels in writing prior to the start of initial concept or sketch production. Once production begins, structured revision rounds are provided per the client Statement of Work; completed and approved project milestones are non-refundable.
Client briefs, unpublished intellectual property, and payment records are held in strict confidence and are never sold or shared with third-party marketers. Payment processing is handled via PCI-compliant banking partners (Mercury & Stripe). Billing questions are resolved within 2 business days.
